I have OS X Tiger on my MacBook and I have to install a Mac Box Set of Snow Leopard. But I heard not installed properly or not if your hard disk for errors or problems.

It is not necessary to check the hard disk, all the units a few mistakes, but these blocks are anyway not used, so it is not the installation of Mac OS X. What makes you think that is wrong.
Everything you need to do (and should do before installing software) are all applications, click the Disk Utility, click the tab "First Aid" and select the "Macintosh HD" on the side close to the left and click Repair Disk Permissions.
